1) What is Quantzee?

Quantzee is a platform that provides advanced trading tools, indicators, and automation solutions designed for traders and investors. Our tools are built to simplify decision-making, improve accuracy, and help traders stay ahead in fast-moving markets.

2) How do I get access to Quantzee indicators?

Quantzee indicators are invite-only on TradingView. After purchase, our team will grant access to your TradingView username within 24 hours. You will then find the indicators under Invite-Only Scripts in your TradingView account.

3) How long does it take to activate my subscription?

Access is usually activated within 6–12 hours (Monday–Friday) after confirmation of payment and receiving your TradingView username. In rare cases, it may take up to 48 hours.

4) Can I use Quantzee indicators on multiple accounts?

No. Access is provided for one TradingView account only. If you wish to use the tools on multiple accounts, you will need separate subscriptions.

5) Do I need a paid TradingView account?

All of our indicators work on a free TradingView account.

6) Do you provide training or tutorials?

Yes. We provide detailed video tutorials, Help Docs and usage guides with each product. Additionally, you can reach out to our support team for clarifications through Email and Telegram support.

7) Are these tools for intraday or positional trading?

Quantzee tools are flexible – they can be used for intraday, swing, or positional trading depending on the chosen strategy and timeframe. Each tool has its own best-fit use case, which is explained in the guide.

8) Do you provide buy/sell calls or financial advice?

No. Quantzee provides tools and indicators only. We do not give investment advice or guarantee profits. Traders must use their own judgement and risk management.

9) What is the refund policy?

Since our products are digital and access is granted immediately, We usually do not provide refunds, but time to time refund/money back guarantee offers are there. We recommend going through product details, demos, and FAQs before purchasing.

11) Do you provide updates to the indicators?

Yes. Quantzee continuously improves its tools. All active subscribers automatically receive updates, new features, and improvements at no extra cost.

12) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cards, and International Payments (PayPal/Stripe). For bulk or corporate requirements, please contact us directly.

13) Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Your access will remain active until the end of your paid period.

14) Do you offer custom solutions?

Yes. For advanced traders, brokers, or institutions, Quantzee provides custom indicator development, automation, and integration services. Reach out to our support team with your requirements.

15) What are invite-only indicators on TradingView?

Invite-only indicators are private scripts created by developers and not available in the public library. They can only be accessed if the developer grants permission to your TradingView account.

16) How do I know if I’ve received access?

After approval, you will see the indicator under TradingView → Indicators → Invite-Only Scripts. If you don’t see it, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in.

17) Why can’t I find the indicator in the TradingView public library?

Since invite-only indicators are private, they don’t appear in the public library. They are only visible in your account once access is granted.

18) Can I share or resell my access?

No. Access is strictly non-transferable. Sharing TradingView credentials or reselling access is a violation of TradingView and developer policies.

19) What happens if I change my TradingView username?

You must notify support immediately if you change your TradingView username. Access is tied to the exact username you provide at the time of purchase.

20) How many devices can I use the indicator on?

You can use it on any device where you log into your TradingView account (desktop, mobile, tablet). There is no restriction on devices, only on the account itself.

21) Do invite-only indicators slow down my charts?

No. Performance depends on your system and the number of indicators running at once. Our scripts are optimized for speed and TradingView’s servers handle the heavy computation.

22) Will I continue to receive updates automatically?

Yes. Developers can update invite-only scripts, and all users with active access automatically get the latest version.

23) Why do I see a lock symbol next to the indicator?

The lock symbol shows that the script is protected code. This prevents copying or editing, but you can fully use it on your charts.

24) Do your indicators repaint?

No, our indicators do not repaint the signals.

25) Will the indicator work with alerts?

Yes, if the developer has built alert conditions into the script. You can then create custom TradingView alerts linked to those conditions.

26) Can I use the same indicator across multiple TradingView accounts?

No. Access is tied to a single username. If you maintain multiple accounts, you will need separate purchases.

27) What happens if my subscription expires?

Access will be automatically removed from your TradingView account. To continue using the tool, you must renew before or after expiry.

28) Do invite-only indicators guarantee profits?

No indicator can guarantee profits. They are tools to assist in analysis and decision-making. Always combine them with proper risk management and personal judgement.
