Quantzee is a brand operated by Yogya Infomedia Limited. References to "Quantzee" throughout this Policy mean the Service operated by Yogya Infomedia Limited.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder (including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011).

2. Scope
This Policy applies to all personal data we collect:
- Through the Website https://quantzee.com and any associated subdomains (including the checkout/order subdomain);
- When you register for a free trial, create an account, or purchase a subscription;
- When you contact us, subscribe to communications, or otherwise engage with the Service.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms (such as TradingView), or services that we link to or integrate with, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.

3.1 Information you provide directly

- Subscription and billing data: plan selected, billing name, billing email, transaction history, and subscription status. Card and payment-instrument details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers (see Section 6).

When personal data is no longer required, we will erase, anonymise, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.

- Right to correction and erasure — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated, or erased where no longer required;
- Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (this does not affect prior lawful processing);
- Right to grievance redressal — to have your complaints addressed by us (see Section 13);
- Right to nominate — to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDP Act.

11. Children's Data
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verifiable parental/guardian consent as required under the DPDP Act, we will take steps to delete it.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Material changes will be communicated where required. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
