5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, analyse usage, and measure marketing performance.

Types of cookies we use:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for core functionality such as login sessions, cart, and checkout.
• Analytics/performance cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Website.
• Marketing/attribution cookies — used to measure campaign performance and attribute referrals (including cross-subdomain attribution for the checkout flow).

Analytics and advertising tools we use include:

• Google Analytics 4 (measurement), provided by Google; the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, and the X pixel, provided by X Corp., both used to measure advertising performance and build retargeting audiences.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair Website functionality. Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Third-Party Processors and Disclosures

We share personal data only with trusted third parties (Data Processors) who process it on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. These include:

• Payment processors — to securely process one-time payments and manage billing. Card data is handled directly by the PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway and is not stored by us.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the Website and store data securely (including content delivery and edge providers).
• Analytics providers — Google (Google Analytics 4) for usage measurement.
• Advertising and retargeting providers — Meta Platforms and X Corp., to measure ad campaign performance and deliver retargeted advertising.
• Email and communications providers — to send transactional and (where consented) marketing communications.

We may also disclose personal data:

• To comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful request by a public authority;
• To enforce our Terms & Conditions or protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to confidentiality safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. International Data Transfers

Quantzee serves a global audience and some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is processed in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, including the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India on cross-border transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, including:

• Account data — for the duration of your account and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping;
• Billing and transaction data — for the period required to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations under Indian law;
• Marketing data — until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe;
• Usage/analytics data — typically in aggregated or pseudonymised form for the period configured in our analytics tools.

When personal data is no longer required, we will erase, anonymise, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures consistent with the IT Act, 2000 and prevailing standards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, restricting payment data to PCI-DSS-compliant processors, and ongoing monitoring.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm, we will notify the affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

• Right to access — to obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities;
• Right to correction and erasure — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated, or erased where no longer required;

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Material changes will be communicated where required.
