Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing the Quantzee indicators, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; and
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Quantzee provides AI-powered technical trading indicators and analytics tools designed to operate on third-party charting platforms such as TradingView. The indicators are supplied to you as Pine Script source files, delivered to you by email once your payment is confirmed, together with related content, documentation, alerts, a Quantzee account, and a 24/7 AI assistant that answers questions about the indicators. The Service is intended for use across multiple markets (including stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, and indices) by a global audience.

The Service provides analytical and educational tools only. Quantzee, the indicators, and any associated content:

• Are not investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice;
• Do not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, instrument, or asset;
• Do not guarantee any particular result, profit, signal accuracy, or performance.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. See Section 7 (Disclaimers) and Section 8 (Limitation of Liability).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including individual indicators or features) at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts, Purchases, and Delivery

3.1 Registration. Certain features require you to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Purchases and payment. The Quantzee indicators are sold as a single one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. There is no term, no renewal date, and no expiry. By completing a purchase, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge that single amount, once and in full, to your chosen payment method. We do not create any recurring mandate, standing instruction, auto-debit, or subscription against your payment method, and no further amount is ever charged.

Orders placed before 8 October 2026 under our earlier fixed-term plans continue on the terms that applied to them: that access ends on the expiry date of the term paid for, and no charge is made at any point. Those fixed-term plans are no longer offered for sale.

3.3 Delivery, and what your purchase includes. Once your payment is confirmed we email you the Pine Script source files for all six indicators, together with a license file and setup instructions. Those files are yours to keep permanently, subject to the license granted in Section 5. Your Quantzee account and your access to the AI assistant do not expire. Because no recurring arrangement is created, there is nothing to cancel, there is no renewal date, and there is no cancellation deadline to observe.

What you buy is the six indicators as delivered on the date of your purchase, plus a permanent account and AI assistant access. Revisions to those six indicators are included in your purchase: we will email you any future update we make to an indicator you already own, at no additional charge, for as long as the license in Section 5.1 remains in force. This does not extend to any new indicator we release after your purchase — a new indicator is a separate product and is not included in a prior purchase.

3.4 Pricing and taxes. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases; a later change in price never affects a purchase you have already made, and never creates a further charge to you. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added where required.

3.5 Refunds. All fees are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
• Share, resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise provide the indicator source files, any modified version of them, or your account to any third party;
• Publish, upload, or republish the indicator source code — in whole, in part, or in modified form — on TradingView (whether public, protected, or invite-only) or on any other platform, repository, or marketplace;
• Remove, alter, or obscure the license header, copyright notice, or order reference embedded in any source file we supply to you;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service other than the indicator source files licensed to you under Section 5, except to the extent permitted by law;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure;
• Upload or transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of the Company or any third party;
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your account, and the license granted in Section 5, immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Service or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, indicators, algorithms, source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks (including "Quantzee"), and other materials made available through the Service are the property of Yogya Infomedia Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.1 Your license to the indicator source code. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment in full, we grant you a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use, run, and modify the Pine Script source files we supply, on charts and accounts you personally own and control, for your own trading.

You may: keep your own backup copies of the files; edit the code for your own use; and apply the indicators to as many of your own TradingView charts as you wish.

You may not: share, sell, resell, rent, lend, sublicense, give away, or otherwise distribute the source code or any modified version of it; publish it on TradingView or any other platform, repository, or marketplace; use it to build or operate any product or service offered to another person; or remove the license header, copyright notice, or order reference embedded in the files.

The license is personal to the purchaser and covers one person only. It does not pass to anyone else by sale, gift, or assignment. Ownership of the code, and all intellectual property in it, remains with Yogya Infomedia Limited — you are licensed to use it, you have not bought the rights to it.

The license is perpetual but not unconditional. It terminates automatically if you breach the distribution restrictions above, and on termination you must stop using the code and delete all copies of it. Termination of the license does not entitle you to a refund.

5.2 The rest of the Service. Your account, the documentation, the AI assistant, and the Website are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis, for your own use, for as long as we continue to offer them.

You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Service operates in conjunction with, and may link to, third-party platforms and websites (such as TradingView, payment processors, and analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No financial advice. The Service, including all indicators, signals, alerts, and content, is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision.

7.2 Trading risk. Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical, backtested, or illustrative performance has inherent limitations and does not guarantee future outcomes. You trade entirely at your own risk.

7.3 "As is" basis. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any signal, indicator output, or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In no event shall Yogya Infomedia Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, trading losses, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any trading, investment, or financial losses you may incur in connection with the use of the indicators or any content.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yogya Infomedia Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Website, your account, and the AI assistant ceases immediately. The source-code license in Section 5.1 survives termination of your account unless the termination arises from a breach of that Section's distribution restrictions, in which case it terminates with it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 12, the courts at Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith negotiation. Any dispute not resolved within thirty (30) days may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to be conducted by a sole arbitrator at Delhi, India, in the English language. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Notices. We may provide notices to you by email or by posting on the Website.
