After You Buy — Finding Your Code
What arrives in your inbox the moment your Quantzee payment clears, what the zip file contains, and what to do if the email is not there.
There is nothing to activate. Quantzee is a one-time purchase, and the moment your payment clears we email you the Pine Script source code for all six indicators. No TradingView username to submit, no invite to wait for, no approval queue.
This page covers what arrives and what to do if it has not.
Step 1. Check your inbox
Look for an email from Quantzee with the subject line referring to your indicator source code. It usually lands within a minute of payment.
It contains:
- A zip attachment —
quantzee-indicators-v<version>.zip, holding all six.pinefiles plusREADME.txtandLICENSE.txt. - A download link — the same zip, in case your mail provider strips the attachment. The link is valid for 30 days.
Save the zip somewhere you will find it again. It is your copy of the code.
Step 2. Open the zip
Inside you will find six .pine files, numbered so you can work through them in order, a README.txt with the setup steps, and LICENSE.txt setting out what you may and may not do with the code. Please read the license — the short version is that the files are yours to keep, back up and modify for your own trading, but not to share, sell or republish.
Step 3. Add them to TradingView
Follow Add Your Indicators to TradingView — copy each file, paste it into TradingView’s Pine Editor, save, add to chart. About two minutes for the first one.
The email has not arrived
Nearly always a mail filter, not a lost order. In this order:
- Check spam, junk and promotions. An email with a zip attached is the classic false positive.
- If you bought on a work address, check with your IT team — plenty of corporate mail gateways strip zip files silently. This is exactly what the download link in the email is for.
- Sign in to your dashboard and confirm the order shows as paid.
- Email info@quantzee.com from the address you bought with, quoting your order reference. We re-send the bundle by hand and it takes minutes.
You paid, so the code is yours. If it did not reach you, that is our problem to fix and we will fix it.
What does not expire
- Your account and the 24/7 AI assistant — permanent, nothing to renew.
- The files themselves — once saved into TradingView, your indicators stay in My scripts indefinitely. Nobody can switch them off.
The 30-day download link is delivery insurance, not your access. Your access is the code on your own machine.
