Change or Upgrade Plan

Every Quantzee plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed term — one month, three months, or a year. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring mandate on your card, so there is nothing to cancel.

Upgrade to a longer term

Want to move from monthly to quarterly or yearly? Contact us through the contact page with your account email and the plan you’d like to switch to — we’ll work out the difference and issue a fresh one-time charge for the new term.

When your term ends

• Access simply ends when the term you paid for expires — no charge happens automatically.
• To keep using Quantzee, buy a new term from the pricing page whenever you’re ready. There’s no reactivation fee and no waiting period.
• We never delete your account history — buying again restores your full setup immediately.

Refunds

Purchases are final and non-refundable by default — see Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
