Changing or Cancelling
Quantzee is a single one-time purchase, so there is no plan to change and no subscription to cancel. Here is what that means in practice.
There is nothing to change and nothing to cancel. Quantzee is one product at one price, bought once. You will never see a renewal notice from us, because there is no renewal.
Why there is no plan to switch
There is only one offer: one payment, all six indicators, the Pine Script source emailed to you. No monthly tier, no annual tier, no upgrade path — so there is no higher plan to move up to and no lower one to drop to.

Is there a subscription on my card?
No. You are charged once, at the time of purchase. No recurring mandate, standing instruction or auto-debit is ever created against your payment method, and no further amount is charged at any point.
If you see a second charge from us, it is an error — contact us and we will refund it.
Can I cancel?
There is no subscription to cancel, so the question does not really apply. If you simply stop using the indicators, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
If you want your account closed and your personal data deleted, email info@quantzee.com and we will do it. Note that closing your account ends your access to the dashboard and the AI assistant, and it cannot be undone. The source files you already have are unaffected — they are on your machine, under the licence in Terms Section 5.
Does my access expire?
No.
- Your account and the AI assistant — permanent.
- The indicators — once saved into TradingView, they stay in My scripts indefinitely. Nobody can revoke them.
- The download link in your purchase email — this one does expire, after 30 days. It is delivery insurance for inboxes that strip zip attachments, not your access. Save the zip itself.
Lost your files?
Email info@quantzee.com from the address you bought with, quoting your order reference, and we will re-send the bundle.
Refunds
Purchases are final, because the source code is delivered immediately and cannot be returned — see Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
If you bought before 8 October 2026
Our earlier fixed-term, invite-only plans continue on the terms you bought them under: access runs to its expiry date, nothing renews, and nothing further is charged. Those plans are no longer sold. When your term ends, the current one-time purchase is on the pricing page.
If you were on the old yearly plan, the price may look unchanged — it was $59.99 a year, and the one-time purchase is $59.99. The number is the same; the billing period is not. You pay it once, you keep the Pine Script source, and there is no renewal date.
