Refund Policy
Quantzee purchases are final — the Pine Script source code is emailed to you the moment payment clears and cannot be returned. The limited exceptions are listed here.
All purchases made through Quantzee are final and non-refundable.
Why
The source code is delivered immediately, and it cannot be returned. The moment your payment clears, we email you the complete Pine Script source for all six indicators. You have the code, in full, on your own machine. There is no licence for us to switch off and nothing for you to send back — once you have read the source, you have had the entire product.
That is the trade-off that makes a one-time price possible. We are handing over our actual code rather than renting you access to it, so we cannot offer a trial or a money-back window on top of that.
So please use everything available before you buy: the indicator descriptions, these docs, the sample charts, and our Terms — Section 5 in particular, which is the licence you are agreeing to. The 24/7 AI assistant and info@quantzee.com will both answer pre-purchase questions, and we would far rather answer ten questions than take a payment you regret.
Limited exceptions
In rare cases, and entirely at our discretion, we may consider a refund or account credit where:
- You were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a technical billing fault on our side; or
- A verifiable technical failure on our side meant the source files were never delivered to you, and we could not deliver them within a reasonable time after you reported it.
On that second one: a missing delivery is almost always a mail filter, not a lost order. Contact us first with your order details — we re-send the bundle by hand and it is usually resolved in minutes. See After You Buy — Finding Your Code.
Any exception granted does not create an entitlement for future transactions.
What is not covered
- Change of mind, or simply not using the indicators.
- Dissatisfaction with trading results, signal performance or outcomes. Quantzee is an analytical and educational tool only and does not guarantee any result.
- Difficulty installing. We will help you until it works — the install guide, the AI assistant and email support are all included, and none of them expire.
Nothing to cancel
There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation deadline — see Changing or Cancelling.
Earlier fixed-term plans
If you bought one of our pre-8-October-2026 fixed-term plans, unused time remaining on that term is not refundable. Access runs to its expiry date and nothing further is charged.
