Quantzee offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If the indicators aren’t right for you, we’ll refund your payment in full.
How to request a refund
- Visit the contact page within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Include the email address used at checkout and the order reference if you have it.
- We’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days, back to the original payment method.

- First-time subscriptions on monthly, annual, and lifetime plans
What’s not covered
- Renewal payments after the initial 14-day window
- Plan upgrades or downgrades
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial purchase
Cancellations
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time — see Change or Cancel Plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
