Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for the most common issues with Quantzee indicators.
Most issues fall into one of a handful of buckets. Try the steps below before reaching out — if you’re still stuck, contact support.
Indicators don’t appear in TradingView
- Confirm your subscription is active in your account.
- Confirm you submitted the correct TradingView username during activation.
- Sign out of TradingView and sign back in to refresh permissions.
- Check the Invite-only scripts tab in the indicator browser (not Public Library).
Alerts aren’t firing
- Confirm the alert is enabled (not paused) in TradingView’s Alerts panel.
- Confirm the condition you picked actually fires on your chosen symbol/timeframe.
- Check TradingView’s alert quota — free plans have a limit on the number of active alerts.
- Remember: alerts trigger at candle close, not intra-candle.
Chart looks cluttered
- Apply only one or two Quantzee indicators per chart at a time.
- Use TradingView’s “hide” toggle on individual indicator components rather than removing the whole tool.
- Save separate chart layouts for different strategies.
