Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Quantzee platform and the website https://quantzee.com and its associated subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Yogya Infomedia Limited ("Yogya Infomedia Limited", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Quantzee is a brand operated by Yogya Infomedia Limited.
By purchasing any subscription, plan, or product through the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds (Default Policy)
All sales, subscriptions, and payments made through the Service are final and non-refundable.
Because the Service provides immediate digital access to proprietary software, indicators, and analytical content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits — in whole or in part — once a purchase or subscription has been completed, including but not limited to:
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any other subscription plan;
- Renewal charges for any subscription;
- Partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation;
- Change of mind, lack of use, or failure to use the Service;
- Dissatisfaction with trading results, signal performance, or outcomes (the Service is an analytical/educational tool only and does not guarantee any result — see our Terms & Conditions).
This no-refund policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Quantzee delivers digital goods and services that grant immediate, ongoing access to proprietary indicators, algorithms, and content. Once access is granted, the value of the product has been delivered and the digital nature of the Service means it cannot be "returned." For this reason, we operate a strict no-refund policy by default.
We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service using any available free trial, documentation, demos, or introductory materials, and to review our Terms & Conditions, before purchasing.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges:
- Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period, including any unused portion.

4. Limited Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)
The default position is no refund. In rare cases, and entirely at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund or account credit where:
- You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a technical billing fault on our side); or
- A clear, verifiable technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for a substantial period and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you reported it.
Any such exception is granted at our discretion, does not create an entitlement, and does not waive this Policy for any other transaction. To request consideration, contact info@quantzee.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback in breach of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where such law applies, this Policy operates to the fullest extent permitted alongside those rights.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date and applies to purchases made after that date.
